My very first guitar

Check this out! I found a guitar almost exactly like my very first guitar on e-bay. Mine was white though, that's the only difference.

It'd be funny as hell to have one again, if only for nostalgic reasons. It was a POS

At least better than my first guitar which is a strat copy, brand name axtech, looks like crap and played like one, but being my first love I still keep it

Re: My very first guitar

My first was a crappy Harmony. I don't even think it had a model name, just harmony lol. Then I was given a sqiuer strat which was sad to say much better the the Harmony. I still have them but I never play them and I fully redid the sqiuer and fully scalloped it and it's a pretty decent guitar now for a begginer guitar.

Re: My very first guitar

Well, she went for $40. I had to work yesterday, else I'd have tried to win her. My second guitar was a Squier Strat too! I hated it and after a year, I traded it for my first Ibanez, an EX350. Since then (1991) the only brand new electric guitars I've bought were all Ibanez.

Later!

Talking Re: My very first guitar

My first electric guitar was an EKO, a red ES-type jazzguitar with a bigsby(clone) trem and 2 singlecoils. Got it for my 13th birthday from my dad, along with a Novanex 15 watt amp.

I Loved that thing. Later I traded it against an old Kawasaki Z400 at some point, because I was using a EVH Kramer and had it just standing there

Regards,

D.
