Need help with specs

My friend just bought a Prestige 3270M, but we can't find any links to specs or anything. You guys think you could help me out?

No neck specs but it lists the pickups as Paf Pro, Blue Velvet, Paf Pro.

It's a start...

Nice to know someone from MX besides me posts here, tbh.

Bump for Chaz.

Edit: I'd delete this and just PM him, but I don't see a delete post function anywhere. Sorry if on Jemsite this is considered spam, on the board I'm on most of the time PMs are disabled.

Re: Need help with specs

Well, it's probably a mahogany body with a flamed maple top, maple neck, maple fretboard, DiMarzio pickups (as posted above), 24 frets, trans black/blue finish.

Things unknown: Do you have any shots off the back? Then we would know the neck construction, (set, thru, bolt on, AANJ?). Also, the scale lenght is unknown, I'm guessing 25.5"?

yep, looks like dual paf pros with a blue velvet in the middle. Probably edge pro trem. EDIT: scratch that, definitely edge pro trem- just saw the pics.

You have a serial number on the back of the headstock?

what all specs are you after?

Re: Need help with specs

Hello all,
This is actually my guitar. Everything that's been said so far is correct.

Mahogany body,
4mm flame maple top,
Maple neck and fingerboard,
Flame maple headstock veneer,
Anodized aluminium backplates and truss rod cover,
Abalone and MOP inlays, Edge Pro trem,
DiMarzio PAF Pro neck and Bridge Pickups and a Blue Velvet in the middle.
Bolt on construction with AANJ, 25.5 Scale.

What I cannot find anywhere are the neck type/dimensions. It feels slightly thicker that a wizard, and thinner and rounder than a WizII.

If it's any help the serial is F0333944.

Re: Need help with specs

^that basically means it was made in 2003- the F stands for Fujigen (japanese factory), and the next two digits are the year.

probably a super wizard neck- or maybe even an ultra, although i think the ultra is thicker than even a wizard II so it's probably not an ultra- so yeah, probably super wizard- it's thinner than a wizard II, but a little thicker than an original wizard, as far as I know.

it's probably 43mm (1 11/16") nut width (most prestige RG's are) and the radius is probably 430mm (just over 17")- assuming it's a super wizard.

Re: Need help with specs

damn thats nice, but the neck throws it off, better be ebony or darker wood.

Loving the quilted maple top? not expierience that much with finishings that much.
