Need some ideas on color combinations ...

For my swirl. It's a CWG and I am having the darndest time coming up with the colors for the pups. i was thinking the chrome evo's, but ... well it doesn't really work. If it helps I am REALLY leaning towards all chrome hardware, so, if you have some time and photoshop skills and want to take a stab at it, please do. here's the body (click it for a larger (1600x1200) image):

Here's a shot in the light, better idea on the swirl:

That's a tough one. I don't much else than some kind of zebra combination or, like Aussie_Rocker said, swirled pickups will work.

Where I am having the issue is I am not sure what would look better. Continuing with the color scheme the swirl is in (Black, Grey, Yellow and white) or going the completely opposite direction and tossing some wild colors on it (pups, knobs, etc).

I'd go black/white zebra pickups and white switch tip, knobs, etc.

Uh, no, you could end up with the guitar equivalent of pizza chuck......

I think most people here have the right idea with zebra pickups and either all black, or all white knobs and stuff.

The swirl looks really good too!

Re: Need some ideas on color combinations ...

Thats Glen's custom Jem...

As great as that looks, i was never a fan of the swirl colors... in fact, i dont like them at all (they would have to look 10 million times better in person...)

Anyway, pup colors in swirls are a tough one, unless one color is really dominant or theres a distinct color combo you can use from the swirl (btw, your pics dont work right now...)
