Woah. That's nice. Just make a sevenstring out of that with passive stock pickups and we're set.

I think the finish is weak, it reminds me of an old Aria Pro my friend had. It was green but it looked like they painted lines on it to make it look like it had a flame top. Interesting side not about that guitar I had some old Jackson humbuckers laying around so he installed them in that guitar and he sanded the headstock to natural. He later traded it to a store for an old Destroyer, the guy obviously didn't give him anything in trade for it, but he went back to the store a few weeks later and they had a sign on it "Custom Jackson- $800"

Mmmmm!

Quote:
Mahogany body with Special Dark Swirl finish
Ibanez "Designed by EMG" pickups
3-Piece Wizard II neck
Black Pearloid finish
Black Pearloid and Pearl Reaper inlay
$449.99

My only question is since it's a 5 series I'm thinking it's MIJ. Am I wrong?

Looks great! Since the pickups are EMG designed, is it active?

it's made in indonesia. honestly i'm hating much of the newer fixed bridge rg's they don't have the same feel as the floyd ones. way too tight and as well the emg designed pickups suck, not even close to real emg's and they have a ****ty clean sound. as well i like having a 5 way switch and the inlays in my opinion look totally cliche metal.

Hell yes!!!!!!!! Throw some new pups in that bad lad and she's ready to go.

I swear I'm not crazy in saying this but I personally think the reverse headstock balances out the string tension and adds an extra sense of growl to the tone.

Now if we can just talk them into releasing it with a maple fret board........
