Re: NGD; USACG

Thanks for your effort, but I rewired the switch so the tone pot is only engaged for position 1 and 2, and when its up tone pot is on for all positions. Pretty much like a three way strat, where the tone knob works for neck and mid position.
This is because of the compromise I use when I play the Mesa Mark IIC+ amp, which needs to compromise a bit for shared controls between clean and distorted channels. So I roll off the tone knob when I play clean, and when I need to go quickly to distortion, I don't need to change the settings on the tone knob, because it's disconnected with the bridge pickup. Makes sense??? BTW if you haven't heard a Mesa MKIIC+ they just sound better than anything. ;-)

If you ever want a simple diagram to wire the switch as a coil tap, hit me up. That is what the switch was used for originally. Down was full hum, up was coil tapped. it make for a VERY cool option when the blade is in the middle position.

Good day RG,

I was looking through threads for a wiring diagram for my '89 Necro. It has the H/S with a three way and a mini toggle. At some point EMGs were installed, and I am going to swap them out for Bare Knuckles. Might you still have a wiring diagram? Thank you for your time, and have a great day! Tobe

Never mind. I should have read the second page prior to posting. Thanks for putting that up!
