Re: NGD!!!

Gaaah, that thing looks sweet! I should probably sand mine down as well at some point - the feeling of bare wood is unbeatable.

Re: NGD!!!

I'm thinking either doing it white with a red Gears of War skull next to the bridge pickup

Or doing a Rising Sun finish. Other than that nothing cool has popped into my head

Re: NGD!!!

Nice. I'd do a pearl white or any other pearl finish.

Re: NGD!!!

I just googled pearl white compared to others and it'll be my choice

Of course I'm gonna keep the sides black, and one other paint mod that I won't say

Re: NGD!!!

Keep it as it is, I actually like the look of the black sides, very unique, and contrasts well.

Re: NGD!!!

I like Robb's idea, but maybe burst it with a black stain, I reckon that would look great with the solid black sides.

Rock on!

Re: NGD!!!

As much as I love the feel of the natural wood, I still look at it and feel like something's missing.

I may just burst it black and coat it with a transparent brown like on the S5470's (or whatever one it is)

Re: NGD!!!

Black Stripe down the middle, or maybe torch the top with a blowtorch.

Re: NGD!!!

Well, after I saw 7 Dying Trees burnt JEM, I was in awe so I decided to rip off the idea
