NGD - '87 RG-760 with Grey Bobbins

Grabbed this on ebay recently, wasn't up there long, short money but I am really happy with it. Has a couple vertical cracks in the clearcoat on the body, but plays and sound great.

Nice. I've always wondered why the early 560/760 bodies have the volume knob so close to the bridge pickup?

Congrats....now that Jesse mention it,that knob is very very close to the bridge. Looks really strange when i look at it now...anyway enjoy it.

I put together a guitar using a similar vintage 760 body and it's the same way.
