Awesome! I wish the piezos were more common, they are really incredible.

I have been kind of avoiding the S-Series guitars because they feel light and for some reason light= Cheap. This one is neither light nor cheap feeling, and you can never go wrong with mahogony!

Re: NGD... Ain't she gorgeous?

I've had an S2020X , and I definitely regret selling it. I got mine for like 1100 or 1200$ and it's just such an amazing guitar. The double edge lo pro is awesome. I love the lay out too. It just looks and feels great. I think I didn't jive with the QM pick -ups. Shouldve just done a PU swap, but It was a bad time in my life for smart decisions. I was buying and selling like no one business hehe. Enjoy her and if you like her, don't let it go. It's these guys are saying, they are hard to come by. There's one local for sale around here, but she's so banged up :/. Mine was immaculate and normally i dont mind wear, but this guitar is so classy , it deserves a clean state.

Great score, really is a cool looking guitar. Nice to see those rarer models pop up here.

Since I don't plan to sell it. The price on the tag was $600, but my buddy at the store gave me $50 off, plus since I do computer work for the store I had $90 in store credit. I also traded a JCM 900 combo which he gave me $400 credit for. I ended up putting $60 in cash. I think that worked out pretty well!!

I have also been avoiding them because of the light weight, but I finally bought an S2170FW with mahogany and never looked back!

I really would like to try out piezoelectric pickups :-)

What made them move back here? Besides the wonderful weather and all the mexican food.

My dad just retired and my sister and her two boys live there. They lived there for a couple of years back in the early 90's and my sister stayed and has never left. I lived there for about 6 months. Very nice city!

The heat totally sucks during the summer. And as for the mexican food, there is just to much. Otherwise its pretty nice. I have lived here maybe 25 years all told.
