NGD - ARZ307 (and two questions)

After my first ARZ307 had to be returned due to a crack in the finish at the neck-body joint, I now got the replacement.

My first impression is VERY positive, this guitar plays so well and sounds good, I am very surprised about the PU's, I don't feel I have to swap them. That said I have kept the stock PU's in all my Ibby's.

Two things I noticed, though and I have question about:

1. the neck humbucker is a bit tilted, i.e. not 100% parallel to the end of the neck (you can see this on the last two pics). I assume this is just sloppy craftsmanship and not done on purpose.
Would this be something to worry about? would this be a valid reason for returning the guitar?

2.at the neck-body joint I can see a lint through the finish, definitely not a crack (the finish is ok), but it looks like it's the line of the neck meeting the body. If this line is visible (through black finish) would that indicate a potential future problem/crack at this spot?

here's the pics:

Thanks!

Yes, the tilted PU is really a sign of sloppy craftsmanship and poor quality control (or no QC for that matter). and I have to say it bothers me, so I have decided to send it back....

Re: NGD - ARZ307 (and two questions)

UPDATE:

The guitar has already been sent back and just today I got a new one, - and you won't believe this (I hardly can believe it myself) - just like the first ARZ307 I got, this one has a crack in the finish again right at the spot where the neck meets the body.

Now, this is already my third (!!!) ARZ307, first one had a crack at the neck-body , 2nd one had the tilted neck pickup and the third one again has a crack at the neck-body. WTF?!?!?!?!

This gives me some serious doubt about the quality of this instrument.....

It is more than frustrating having to deal with customer service of a music store and rehearing a guitar return and getting a new one. And now I have to do this a third time.....

I wouldn't be surprised if the third guitar was actually the first one you got. Still sucks though. Hopefully they get you a winner soon.

No, it wasn't. This last one was ordered from a different store.

I think it might be the quality of the craftsmanship, they shouldn't be like that!
