NGD Halberd content!!

Well I picked up this badboy today and i LOVE it. Iceman headstock with a body that looks like the twisted offspring of an Iceman and a Fireman...IN FLAT BLACK no less....it's like Ibanez read my mind!!! Some may think the shape is a little out there but as soon as i see a wacky shape im in!!! and i dont even think this it too out there..just cool!!! My guy gave me another deal too good to pass up, for the money this thing is awesome! so ok quick review...LOVE the neck not too big or small...the guitar feels and plays soo nice...and i was really surprised at how good the Ibanez CAP active pickups sound...ill have to a/b them with EMG's in my ARZ but with my POD i think the CAP's sound just as good...nice cleans i was impressed!! and of course this guitar shines with gain!...For the price I paid it is worth it to just have this guitar to look at!!! This battle ax will kick your a**!

I have never seen that ibanez model before...must be a bit of a rare bird...Flat black is the perfect color for that guitar...kind of sinister looking... Congrats on your new axe!!!

I agree Ron, that guitar has a dark presence about it. I like that a lot, very cool instrument.

I tend to agree with you on that point...with that said, the more I look at this guitar the more I kinda like the sinister look of the body...

+1 for the no inlays. If it had an ebony board, I might have looked into snagging one.

How about some audio to let us all hear how the CAPs sound?

Re: NGD Halberd content!!

Is that some kind of fancy inlay on the volume knob or is it just the light?
