Nylon string guitars - slim necks?

This is something I have been thinking about for some time now. I love the sound of a nylon string classical guitar, but since I have had carpal tunnel and other tendon issues I find it very difficult to deal with the thick neck and 0 radius.

Does anyone know of any nylon string guitars that are fairly reasonably priced that come with slimmer necks? Slight radius like a Wizard neck would be great too.

I am actually considering talking to my Dad about potentially making one. My Dad and I built a guitar body from scratch for a custom for myself, and since then is very interested in building full custom guitars, acoustic, electrics and bass. I'd love to give it a go, but would still like to know of some options if that doesn't work out.

Re: Nylon string guitars - slim necks?

There is one in the Ibanez range thats a thin body nylon string with cutaway and electrics thats sweet. The neck is'nt as wide as a traditional classical guitar so it feels very slick. There is one at my local store in Adelaide for $350aud,i've been eyeing one up for a while myself.Other than that the only one that would be perfect is the old 90's S series nylon string, but rare and will cost you.
Non Ibanez versions i like are the Godin multiac and Ovation 1773.

Links/model numbers would be great thanks.

Who makes the Chet Atkins model? I thought it might be Epiphone but cannot find it on their site.
