Talking OK...I stand corrected I am a Fender Strat man after all!!!

Ok guys I acknowledge it now... I do like Fenders with non floating trems!!!
I thought I'd never catch myself saying that but I am!!! I just purchased
a brand new Buddy Guy polka dot Strat and an Ibanez Prestige Bubinga top
in mint condition I paid $800 out the door for both!!! isn't that a good deal or what?!? and I got them at the most unlikely place imaginable!!!
I will let you guess where that was...
Anyway here is a pic of the score and since Dee was Gassing really bad for a
HM Fender Strat I included her in the pic for him!!!
I know I'll be hearing from elcid and Ayrton on this thread!

Re: OK...I stand corrected I am a Fender Strat man after all!!!

Strats are killer. I almost bought one of those Buddy Guy Strats a few times, but I keep telling myself to holdout for a US Buddy Guy. I hear the story of those is when Fender told BG they wanted to give him his own guitar, he told them he wanted a Clapton, so his US Sig is almost the same as the old Lace Sensor equipped Clapton, but it comes in better colors than the EC.

Did the pink Strat come with matching heels?

Re: OK...I stand corrected I am a Fender Strat man after all!!!

Sweet, the V necks on the Buddy Guy strat's are simply awesome. I love em.

The USA version is sweet indeed, but I wouldn't say it comes in better colors than the EC, simply because...

The Clapton strat is currently the only Fender that comes in Candy Green, sexy! Yum.

I thought Buddy Guy had a HH config in his Strat. Saw it on Jacks big Music Show.

Wow, I don’t know you are pimp enough for the Buddy Guy strat.

There is no denying that a strat is part of the backbone of any proper collection.

Congrats!
