PGM 30's

I've recent ran across some PGM's 30's and I was wondering, why are they so much if they have a TRS Trem?, are they in comparrison to the 555 or what?

Re: PGM 30's

They're the "affordable" Paul Gilbert signature model. Like the Jem 555's. Some are made in Korea, but there are some that were made in Japan as well. They had the TRS trems until 03' when they got the edge pro. Then in 04' they switched to edge pro II's. --Jason

Maybe.........but PGM 30's aint that good, but if you cant live with out a trem so.
I would personally go for a PGM500 or 301, but it's all about Taste in what you like

Re: PGM 30's

Pgm 30 isn't that bad, but there are few things that I don't like bout this guitar, the crappy trem, the crappy pups and the crappy pickup rings

Re: PGM 30's

If you must buy a PGM30, the 03' is the one to look for. They're made in Japan, have edge pro tremolos, and prestige necks. I'd just hold out for a 301 or a 500. The way prices have been going lately, they're much better value for the money. --Jason
