PGM Body

Does anyone know if there is anyone, or a company that makes replacement PGM style bodies? I just finished my 540S-LTD project and it's time for another. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

Thats not all of it though, as I'm sure you are aware.

The control layout and cavity behind it is unique to the PGM, and it has a JEM style recessed output jack route.

Re: PGM Body

Also note the wiring is different, helping it become a tonally different guitar. Beeing hardwired to a single volume/5-way changes things. I haven't opened my 301 in awhile to check the cap value, but its different than my MIJ RG's.

also +1 to what LonePhantom said.

Re: PGM Body

Thanks guys... exactly there are differences and that's why I'm looking for someone who can make me an accurate body. I want the right pickup configuration and control cavity layout.

Re: PGM Body

I want to do this too. But every place I check has the Jem replacement or the RG. The routing is not the same.

Also this thread is over a year old. Are this vendors still in business?

Only the PGM 500 got that, and the F style cavity cover.

The rest of the RG based PGMs have regular style output jacks.

Jaden is still in business, but I think he has moved on from making Ibanez parts.

Re: PGM Body

ET Guitars have what we are looking for. I already contacted them. And they told me they do have it available.

www.etguitars.com

They are in Australia. I have no idea how much the shipping will be.
