PGM100 Catalog

It never dawned on me that the PGM100 was never offered stateside untilt the re-issue. I was going through all the catalogs on ibanezrules.com and I was like why can't I find it! So before I got too excited thinking I had some kind of protoype it finally dawned on me it must have bee Japan only. Anyway does anyone have any of the old Ibanez Japan catalogs (the 1990 one to be more specific)? I'd really love to buy one, but if I had to download and have it re-printed I'd be fine w/that as well.

One more question does anybody know what kind of hard case was included with these guitars in Japan? My PGM100 is a 1990 model. Just trying to get some history. Thanks in advance!

Re: PGM100 Catalog

The pgm100 is also in the euro catalogs. As for hardcase, Mine came with a black Ibanez stamped hardcase with blue inside. Looks identical to the normal case exept for the inside.

1991 EU-catalog

Re: PGM100 Catalog

Thanks man that helps alot. Can you email me a high res file? I noticed the heel plate (neck plate) on mine has nothing stamped at all. Just curious if that is normal. Does anyone know if it was common for Paul to autograph the guitars individually coming out of the factory? Mine has writing all over it along w/his drawing and autograph. Of course since mine is so well played it's all worn off, but you can see it under a black light.

I've heard Paul liked to sign the cavity covers on the 100s' and 300s', usually with some kind of "Gilbertism" along with a drawing. I've got both reissues, and wish he had done it on them....
