Re: Picture of J-Custom SC

Here's my SC3120NT :

PM me if you want these photos in a greater resolution

I don't know how many of them were made. I've seen once one other model of this SC3120 NT on sale in a German Store. The Walnut top was striped, I didn't like it as much as I like mine.
I guess no more than 12 of them have been made. It's really rare to see one.

Re: Picture of J-Custom SC

They've got enough bling to be a lil' john signature. I prefer the RG.

Talking Re: Picture of J-Custom SC

Its a beaut, but the binding always looks like a lariat at first, and I start thinking, cowboy guitar, lol.

Re: Picture of J-Custom SC

This is the list of ibanez Sc Jcustom
JCSC-GUT
JCSC-PB1
JCSC-3020NT
JCSC-3120NT

Maybe the one without the top is the 3020nt.
I never see the other 2 models.
I got a SC1620vv and it's one of my favourite guitars, i really like the feel of the neck, with the flame maple binding and the ebony board is a must to see and play.
Did you ever tried one? How is it compared to jcustom?

Re: Picture of J-Custom SC

I've never tried a SC1620, but a SC620.
The neck on the JC is far better, and the finish is really better too

Re: Picture of J-Custom SC

i think that the neck is the very difference between sc1620 and sc620...
my sc1620 compares my rg jcustom neck in feeling and quality.

I hope one day to find one of these SC Jcustom, an JCSC-GUT is here in italy, maybe one day will be mine

Wow really nice guitars. Something very different from your normal RGs.

Re: Picture of J-Custom SC

Is it just asking to much to bookmatch, or what?????

I vote that this guitar has the worst binding ever on a ibanez.
