Played an MMM1. . . .
its a 28" scale. . . . . .so why didnt it feel very different from any 25.5" scale guitar?
i mean, there WAS a difference but it wasnt a very big one. and i really think there should have been. . .
anyway, it was a really nice guitar!
the neck was a bit thicker but still shredable. and the volute was MASSIVE!!! haha only 22 frets but the neck thru really made up for it. the mahogany body was very light and comfy. and that 28" gave the guitar great tension with a set of .10's set to drop A# haha i was amazed. thing wouldnt stay in tune though. it had schaller locking tuners but for whatever reason, it just wouldnt hold. and the pickups were upgraded to duncans. not sure what kind though.
i pretty much just made this to ask why the 28" scale felt so normal and decided to make a mini review out of it.
ill say one thing though, i want an RG1077XL now hahaha
