Pls help me ID this guitar

Hi there,

I bought this Ibanez USED in the early 90ies ... I guess its an ARTIST model (looks like a Les Paul DC model type of thing)

anybody any more specific information on what model it could be?

Its made in japan, and the serial number either indicates that its either from 79 or 89 ... any takers? ... anybody any information?

That looks like an AR50, but could also be a part of a jumpstart kit, as it doesn't have all the AR50 qualities.

Serial Number looks like the guiitar's from Oct of 1979. Doubt it's a jumpstart, since they didn't have those back then, as far as I know.

Other than that, I have no clue.

You're absolutely right, the Jumpstart didn't exist back then. The pic does not show any "high-end" signs.
