Problem with piezo wiring of my RG2027x

I hope that anyone can help me with this nasty problem:

I switched the stock pups with a TZ7 and AN7 (sounds great!), but in order to be able to work properly I had to detach a wire that had to do with the piezo. The problem came when I reattached it: My piezo-output gave no output whatsoever anymore The problem is that I don't know what went wrong (I made a wiring scheme myself, I wasn't able to find one anywhere).

Do you guys have any idea what could have gone wrong. I normally have zero problems with new pups, but this labyrinth might have tricked me

Are there people around who maybe have pics or anything? I have no hope in the guitar shops around here, most of the time they haven't even got a clue what they're selling, let alone the wiring of the instruments...

Thanks alleady, I hope anyone can get me somewhere. I could spend another saturday on this, but I'm afraid that won't help the cause

Anders - try this link:

I put Dimarzios in my 2020 using this schematic adn I screwed it up because I didn't follow it EXACTLY!

Should work with 7's as well (I think)

Good luck

Thanks a lot, it says that it should work for the RG2027x as well

I will just have to go through the complete wiring I'm afraid (that's ok though). Too bad I haven't got that much time on my schedule this and next week...

I'm pretty sure things will turn up nicely, the TZ and AN are killer with this (and any other) guitar Change of Seasons, here I come

Thanks again!
