Putting an Dimarzio Pickup in a Parker. - What needs to be d

Well i have a parker night fly, and im considering putting in a EVO in the bridge possition. IS this a wise choice? Do i need to make any special requirements (such as spacing)?

Thanks

Not much help but-
The DiMarzio catalog does state, in the supplement section, in italics after the list of pickups: "Many models of Parker Fly replacement humbuckers are available. Please call for details"
Now you and I both have NiteFlys- have you noticed any difference in the pickup size? To me it looks the same, but maybe it's best just to give DiMarzio a call.
I still like the Breeds in my DBK the best, but I was playing the Parker last night, and I love that humbucker in there- very spongy, vowel-like, and harmonics were all over the place- a very dynamic pickup! Do you know what this "custom wound" DiMarzio is closest to in sound (e.g. a Paf Pro?)?

The NiteFly has it's pickups mounted on the pickguard, so I'd guess that pretty much any F-spaced humbucker with shallow/short mounting "ears" should fit... The Fly itself has unique pickup requirements...

Parkers use DiMarzio pickups already, so I wouldn't think that there would be anything special required. *If you look at DiMarzio's site, they have the "Parker" pickups available for separate purchase. *So, I would assume, the pickups in the Parker NiteFly are very similar to the Parker model DiMarzio pickups. *
