Question question about the finish of my new RGA427Z

Hi,

I just got this new RGA427Z and it is a beautiful guitar.

I noticed that it has a lighter spot right on the edge of one of the neck screw-holes, is this something considered normal or should I return it because of that?
I'm normally very anal with stuff like this, that's why I'm asking.
I attached some pics, so you can see what I'm talking about.

Thanks,

If it bothers you that much return it. There's probably a good chance that same "defect" would be on the next one. Will it affect ANYTHING, no.

There's always going to be some kind of flaw on any guitar you buy. I'd be happy with that one. It being on the back of the guitar where you'll never see it is a plus.

If it bothers you and you otherwise like the guitar, touch it up yourself. You never know what the replacement might be like, leave well enough alone. Use one of these. Or something similar.

Re: question about the finish of my new RGA427Z

Ya I mail ordered a new Prestige. It has a small, really, really small black speck embedded in the clear coat right in the middle on the back of the guitar . I kept it. I imagined if I sent it back I would get another new one that had TWO specks on it. T.T

Re: question about the finish of my new RGA427Z

Thanks a lot, guys!

Yes, I figured every guitar will have a tiny little thing like this somewhere, so no point in returning it. I guess I was being too anal here.
