Rare Ibanez Roadstar II RG52 wiring

Hi! Still waiting for any reply in "wiring" section so I decided to post something here. I've just bought an 1985 Ibanez Roadstar II serial number - L852339. It's a very rare model (haven't found it in any catalog, perhaps a prototype?). It has two humbuckers three-way toggle switch, one volume knob and a push-push tone knob. The guitar came to me with a changed wiring and the problem is that I don't know what the original wiring was. Can anybody help me? Any history of this model is welcome.

Thanks!!

Hello. I'm not sure what a RG52 is but I've got a near mint '84 RS520 with dual hums, push/pull pots and 24 frets. You may be able to get some answers on IBANEZCOLLECTORS.COM. There are some very knowledgable Roadstar guys over there. Mainly a site for the older model guitars. Good luck on your search.

I looked at your pic and it appears to be a modified '85 RS525. It had 24 frets, floating trem 2 IBZ hums (they look like EMG's), and 2 volume/1tone knobs, 3-way toggle. Yours has different hums, a pickguard and only one volume from what I can tell. Is that a fixed bridge? Did you look under pickguard? Are there open holes under there where maybe another volume was and hidden under a nonoriginal pickguard?

Nope, it's certainly not a rg525. It has a sticker in very good condition claiming RG52. The neck is natural finished where on 525 it was painted the same colour as body. Also the pickguard appears to be original because there is only one big whole for two pickups. I've found this on the net but it's not my language nor even alphabet http://hasenobu.hp.infoseek.co.jp/co...lection81.html

Pickups are rather stock, have no notices numbers or logos at all have only two wires so I guess they're not EMGs. Trem is standard for Ibanez Roadstar Standard series (for example RS120) - no microtuners.

greetings
