Re-introing the PL2660

So, I had gotten a PL2660 from a Jemsite member that had a few minor quirks, biggest being a re-painted with a spray paint can neck to cover up a headstock crack (which has now turned out to be more. Now, it wasn't him that did the repainting but a previous owner and he was totally up front about the guitar's situation and I was aware there were chances of a crack. So, I took it to my tech and had him sand off the black paint (since the paint had no clearing done and was coming off on my fingers when I played) and clear it for a nice satin, natural feel. Still, it's not pretty but she's bangin' like a champ. Here be the pics.

Here she is now

and at the headstock

All in all, I'm happy how it turned out. It's not rough at all at the heel so there's no impediment whilst playing. Plus, no black paint on my hand after playing. Big plus there.

Also, had zero idea it had a 5 piece neck. Surprises all around.
