Rg 2120x-TLB

hello guys;

I saw a '02 Rg 2120x-tlb in a guitarshop, guitar has been waiting for years and it hasn't been even touched =). As you know it has piezzo and two outputs. What can you say about this guitar? Have you ever tried this? How much does it worth giving? I have never used a piezo guitar, after switching to piezo, do we need to change our jack position(as long as it has 2 outputs) Comments please. Guitar is this:

Re: Rg 2120x-TLB

That is one nice looking guitar =) I saw one in Ibanez Rules for $1150, so if you can score this for under that, or under $1000 I think you would be doing great!

I believe to switch between piezo and normal electric mode, you do have to switch the cable to the different output jack. I belive this model has 2 outputs.

Hope that helps a bit =)

are you sure? as long as my processor has only one input, I can use only one jack so do I have to put the jack out everytime I switch to piezo?

Re: Rg 2120x-TLB

you should be able to run both into one input.. I believe they put the ability to run the signals seperatly but you dont have to run it that way..

I dont know for sure, but I dont see two outputs as being very practical to some people.

Re: Rg 2120x-TLB

The dual outputs are so that you can run to two completely different setups (simultaneously) if you so desired (piezo to a PA/Acoustic, magnetic pickups to a standard rig) without needing to do other switching.

One output will be either piezo or magnetic (or a mix of both) depending on the mini-toggle.

The thread in the Prestige section includes a gorgeous blue specimen. I'm so GASing for one of these piezo equipped guitars at the moment.
