RG HSH (Non Pickguard Models) Center PU Question

I'm looking at picking up an RG in HsH config and I'm curious how low the center single coil can be dropped in these? I'm a big fan of most RG series H H config guitars but this one I played was a pretty special H s H model. I didn't have a chance (or think to look) at the center pocket depth - I'm worried the single coil can't be dropped enough to not be an issue for a player like myself that has never got accustomed to one (or, I just don't want to lol). On pickguard models I know you can drop them flush, but direct mounted pickups...maybe not? Thanks for any help!

Thank you! Feel free to share a profile shot of that if it's no trouble (no biggie really, but I'm curious to see the visual..but your comment was already helpful either way).
