RG with ZR

I apologize if this has already been discussed at length; I did do a search, which came up empty.

I was just wondering if you think Ibanez will ever make an RG with the ZR trem? If so, would you be interested in buying one? I personally would love it, but maybe I'm in the minority, which would explain why they haven't done it yet.

Not really.. I wouldn't buy one. I already have one on my S520 and I prefer the "normal" floyd rose feel over it.

Re: RG with ZR

Heh, I was wondering if anyone had thought about this. I was mainly thinking about the wear and tear department. Ball bearings vs. knife edges. Probably won't happen.

I vote yes!

Re: RG with ZR

The ZR and the EZ are pretty similar aren't they? my RG 2550z has the EZ and I like the trem - it's width of the 58mm neck that I'm having a hard time falling in love with...

Re: RG with ZR

I guess this is just a reinforcement of why Ibanez hasn't done it.
