RG1550M Trem Stud question

I recently picked up a 1550M from Japan and I'm a little perplexed about the trem studs.
they don't appear to have any locking bolt inside of them (I can't get an allen wrench down there they appear to be filled, but I still find it very difficult to turn them to adjust the action.
Is this normal? are the locking studs on these different from an Edge system?
I have held back from lowering my action because i don't want to cause any damage but they are in there tight man, I've never seen anything like it.

Re: RG1550M Trem Stud question

Its normal, edge pro trems dont come with locking stud like original edge. If you find it hard to turn the allen wrench, try to remove the bolt completely and clean it with wd-40 to remove dust and rust (I did the same to my rg1750 and performed overall setup as well).
