RG2120xtb / RG2020xtb / RG620x - Decisions, Decisions...

Being brand new to the forum,...first of all I need to say "THANKS" for being here!

On to my question...

My next purchase is going to be one of the three guitars in the title of this post. *A RG2020xtb, a RG2120xtb, or the RG620x. *Is it fair to assume that these three are virtually the same guitar. *Was there any great improvement from the 2020 to the 2120. *Is the 620x just a black 2120 made out of basswoood? *Please help. *I'm getting ready to pull the trigger on a purchase and I want it to be the RIGHT one.

Thanks in advance!
:-)

RG2120xtb / RG2020xtb / RG620x

from IbanezRules:

RG2120XTB - Identical to the RG2020TB of 2001 except for the aforementioned addition of the 2 band EQ on piezo and ability to blend both piezo and magnetics at the same time. List price $1499.99

and

RG620XGK - Nice addition for the year of a budget DE, the 620 is sporting the Double Edge built on an Original Edge trem. Wizard neck, basswood body, jumbos, V7 neck and V8 bridge finished in GK - Galaxy Black. It has the ability to run both mag and piezo together, but no EQ. List price $999.99

Wow! *Sounds like the RG2120XTB is the one for me.

Last question for clarification. *On the 2120, would you be able to blend the piezo and magnetics together AND send them to the same output?

Thanks again for this valuable info!
