Re: Rg2550

They're really good guitars. If you're looking to shred they're nigh-on perfect.

Bezial, what pickups did you get? What difference did it make to the sound compared to the standard DiMarzios?

Cheers

Smithy

tone zone blue velvet and a breed, the sound got way big fast (if that makes sense) its a lot fatter sound and richer , the breed sounds lovly and is good for via stuff , the mid is smooth and creamy and the tone zone ,, nuff said about them here already

I'll bet that sounds bloody killer. What did you think of the standard p/ups?

Re: Rg2550

the best choice....
if you do buy a 2550e you dont have to change the pups, right away, the ones that bring the guitar are way cool.

I'll second that, i just got my brand new RG2550e 4 days ago,
i bought it from an add in the paper from a music store.

(the picture in the add was of the 2550vvb so i was stoked when it turned out to be the GK in J CRAFT case.)

i paid $1295AUD for it and it eats my RG1550 for lunch
