Many here will insist that the OE is better than the EZ, but I think it's a matter of taste.
The OE is solid, dependable and it just works.
The EZ is a bit more versatile, in that with the ZPS in place, it can feel a lot like a fixed bridge, stays in tune almost perfectly and if you set it up correctly, you can even drop-D using the fine tuner while still maintaining full motion. You can't do that with a full floating bridge unless you go for a full setup in drop-D.
I never owned a guitar with the ZPS, but I did have one to play with for a week and loved it, but I wasn't thrilled with how stiff it felt when trying to do subtle vibrato with it since it literally 'stops' against the bar.
Take the bar out to fix that 'problem', but then it's basically a funny looking OE since, from what I've seen with the one I played with, it feels and performs almost exactly the same as the OE.
I'm sure there are others that can give you more insight than I, just my 2 cents.
For the record; the OE and the EP are my favorites. Mainly because my guitars have those bridges.
