RG350 Pickup Replacement

I shall be buying an RG350 in the near future and would like some tips on what pickups/pickup colour scheme I should go for. Would like to stick to Dimarzios I play hard rock mainly, metal and blues as well. I want a bridge pickup that is powerful, good for shred and powerful riffs and metal rythms. Middle I would like to be really strat like, and Neck to be as smooth as possible for thick bluesy leads, but also capable of thick rythms. The guitar will be yellow, black scratchplate/pickguard, and maple fretboard. Need bright colour scheme.

Any help, much appreciated.
Regards,
Alfie.

Ah a RG350MYE? I have one as well. Good guitars! But I'd go with pink! After that just go to DiMarzio's site and check out all their pups. Then find a demo of it on youtube. But to me it sounds like a Tone Zone or Super Distortion (B), one of the Area pups maybe a '61 (M) and a D-Activator X or Air Norton (N). That's just my opinion though. Check em out for yourself. Good luck.

if going old school, you cant go wrong with a tone zone in the bridge and a paf pro in the neck....

for grins check out the breeds... i liked the one i had in the neck position.

Re: RG350 Pickup Replacement

Recently installed a ToneZone (bridge) and Evolution (neck) in my RG350MYE! I kept the INF single. Could not be happier.

Yes I know but they're not really that accurate. And there's plenty of instances where they use the same song for multiple pickups. Their site is good for getting the basic idea of the pickup down... I always take it to youtube or google until I find a good honest demo of what I'm after.
