RG3XXV worth it?
i really like the look of it, and the combination of reverse headstock, maple fretboard, and stock dimarzio pickups only makes it better.
i've searched the forum and i have mixed feelings from what i've read, some say that after fixing mostly fret ends issues they are great guitars, others say they dont feel quality in the hands.
my only experience with rg's is the korean RG370DX i had, which was ok but nothing to brag about, and a recent purchase of a 95 MIJ RG505 which i LOVE.
also i remember trying in the store one of the newer 370's from indonesia and it was a lot worse than mine, or rather mine was a lot better.
from your experience how will the RG3xxv compare?
i've seen that ibanez say that although it's made in indonesia, people from the japanese j craft team went there to make it better, don't know if its true but smells like BS.
