RG770 pricing?

Hi, I'm new here and am looking for an RG 550/570/770 =) Sorry if this is in the wrong section but I've been wondering how much 770s (non-DX color matched inlay type) usually go for. I almost never see them so it's hard to get a price range for the 770s. I'm probably going to go with a 550 or 570 because I have a pretty limited price range but if a 770 isn't much more I would prefer one. Thanks in advance for your help!

I paid $435 for mine which I think was a steal considering it's a rare Flame Maple model:

Re: RG770 pricing?

Wow those are very nice guitars =) So it's basically down to looking for a good deal for either one? That's kind of what I expected, thanks for the info.

Great minds think alike. I actually went by my local GC today. All they had in used was a few RG470's. GC cracks me up!!! They had a late 80's POS Korean Kramer XLII labeled as Made in the USA for $600. It was a $99 guitar.

Re: RG770 pricing?

I've actually never been to one before since the one nearest to me is a bit further than I like to travel to look for stuff =\ but if they sell stuff like RG770s for $300 imagine how much they pay for them O_o
