RGA Series - 9v or AA?

What kind of battery/ies do the RGA series take?

Just curious 'cos I like a number of people wouldn't mind the idea of lopping those stock pickups out for some EMGs/SD blackouts and having the right sort of battery cavity/slot for 9volts!

Seems to be AA, but the cavity should take a 9V battery by the looks of it :

Ohh I see. Thanks for that.

Problem is the prestige series RGAs have one of those clipping ones, where it might not just be a little well kinda thing but an actual bit of plastic moulded/sized to the shape of AAs.
