RGT320Z

Hey guys,

Maybe I'm slow to notice, but has anyone else seen that in the UK we get an RGT320Z and in the US you get an RGT320Z and yet they're different guitars!!!

USA version with "racing stripes" construction

UK version with hidden neck-through construction

No wonder Ibanez designations get confusing

Re: RGT320Z

Yes, noticed it when the 'new' RGT320Z was introduced in January, but the old one was on display at NAMM It really is confusing and I wonder why they even have two different RGT320Zs. Trying to get rid of the old stock?

Re: RGT320Z

I like the older RBB with stripes so much more! The best finish ever. I hate it when Ibanez discountinues something great looking and replaces it with something not so great looking. I'm actually trying to buy an RGT320Q RBB from 2005-2007 now. It's really hard to find one!

... or doesn't replace it at all !!!! (RGT220Z) arghhhhh

Re: RGT320Z

racing stripes make sense on guitars like the 220 in ash or mahog, but not when you put a maple cap on. Why bookmatch a flame or quilt when there's a piece missing in the middle?

I'm glad they're going back to the old RGT3020 look, all that's missing is offset dots and an EdgePro

There's been a pretty nice one on Buy It Now on 3bay for a while now. I think they want $1850 for it.
