RGT42DXFM....Any Owners Here, And Opinions?

Looking at picking up one of these soon. I have an endorsement and can get it for a little cheaper than on the street. The other guitarist in my band uses an older RGT42 with the dot inlay, and that thing plays great! I really like the neck on it. Hoping these are similar.

My usual guitars are the RG520/550/570 bolt-ons, but that neck-thru sound is awesome! I tune really low, down to B and play death/grind in the old-school way, ala Carcass, Bolt Thrower, Repulsion, Napalm Death and all that jazz, haha. Ibanez necks are perfect for the style, of course. Just want some info from users here. Thanks!

well i have the RGT42DX Snow white limited edition with the sharktooth edge II neck thru etc.
it do is a 1000 limit guitar but ok.

the rgt42dx is the most awesome guitar i have ever played and owned.

i also have an rg 550 and a rocket roll II white ghost which is really rare.

but the rgt42dx is simply the best

i have an rgt42 with a basswood body (I believe it to be a 2002 model) and it is great. i would pick another up in a heart-beat if something happened to this one.

Thanks for the replies everyone. I'm really thinking about picking one of these up in a month or two. I love the sharkfins on it! It will need an Original Floyd trem and a couple EMG 81's, and should be perfect.
