RT Viper Neck & RG570 fair pricing

Hi Guys,

I thought that I'd cover off two questions in one. Being price orientated, peeps in the know should be able to comment on both?

First of all, in US currency, what would be a fair price to pay on a near mint 22fret RT240 viper profiled neck.

Secondly, again in US currency, a fair price on a mid 90's RG570 in very good condition with minor nicks, no neck cracks and an old set of EMGs.

Just asking because I am looking at making both these purchases in the next week or so.

Thanks for sharing the knowledge.

Dont know about pricing, but RTs have 24 frets. Its Korean RXs that have 22.

I know nothing of the viper neck, but if you're patient, I'm sure you can scoop up an RG570 (maybe not with the EMG's you want) for between 5-600 bucks. Bet you'll find one on the forum even.

That's true that the RT necks came with 24 frets. But a lot of people, including me, have hacked off the last 2 frets to use them on 22-fret bodies. Does it have the "RT series" decal on the headstock? Most, but not all, of the RTs sold in the US market had that decal.
