S series guitar with quick change II bridge

Ever heard of a guitar like this? It has a bridge like a les paul.

Indeed. It's an early 90's model with a 24 3/4 " scale length.

That was it. You guys know you stuff! I looked for an hour on the web. Any thoughts on replacement pickups? I love the fixed bridge.

Thanks!

Re: S series guitar with quick change II bridge

Old thread I know, but in case anyone is still interested, I have an SF470 and loved the guitar but hated the original Ibanez pups. Eventually I changed them out for all Carvin, putting Holdsworths in the neck and bridge, and the hot Carvin single coil in the middle. Also, counter intuitively, I changed the pots for 200s and it sounds fantastic!!!

the s is already perfect.. lightest weight, most comfortable body, 24 frets, best trem, great access and feel, its literally the perfect guitar.
