SC207 or RG7321 which to buy and why???

SC207 or RG7321 which to buy and why??? I know both will need better pickups down the road, but which would be a better first 7 string as far as quality? These are the two that are in my price range Ive been looking at for a while.

RG7321. It's just an all-around better and more versatile guitar. Built better, has an actual neck pickup, etc.

And the controls are more out of the way. With the SC207, Everything is in the way. Pretty annoying.

I hated everything about the SC207.

And watch for used RG7421's. They're 100x better than both of these guitars combined. And they stopped making them over 10 years ago so they go for dirt cheap prices.

However, they look very similar to the RG7321.The easiest way to tell between the two is with the neck binding. The quality, affordable, Japanese RG7 fixed bridges will NOT have neck binding. Only the cheaper, Indonesian RG 7 strings have it.

I'd say: get a Blaze custom in the bridge and a PAF7 or Air Norton 7 in the neck.

The Sc207 looks nice, but no neck pickup is a dealbreaker for me.
