the switch to a 7 string

I have been looking around to some ibanez 7 strings.
i am thinking of adding one to my collection

whats a decent serie to step in too.

RG1527 or RG7620 are excellent guitars that can be found pretty often on the used market, they are great stock but do benefit from a change of pick ups.

I just missed the opportunity to get an RG2027 for 580 USD and im still kicking myself for it, if you happen to see one get it, those are pretty rare.

i've got a 7620 and a 7420 (both older mij models)...both are great guitars...d.m.

I do too..... both are great players.

BUT

With Rich's current blowout prices on Premiums, it's hard to recommend anything else.

Ibanez Prestige RG1527m 7-string in Galaxy White finish, Made in Japan (rg 1527)

a 1527 m a little pricey but you have 6 days to give blood to come up with the cash
