The terrible wait for RG3550MZ NGD begins... [It's here!]

I have an inbound RG3550MZ with the roadster orange metallic finish courtesy of Rich at Ibanez Rules. This is going to be a hard couple of weeks of waiting...

Well on the positive note atleast you know it will be set up right and play very nicely right out of the box coming from Rich! Some really nice new guitars never get setup right and never play as well as they should. Good luck with it and be patient.

It's worth the wait. Also, Rich is the man for Ibanez. Great price, awesome setups, and he always keeps in contact.
( Rating for Ibanezrules= over 9000!!!!)

Say Rich, I played this exact guitar at a Guitar Center near my house. Question for you: was there a change made at some point in the pickup selector? The one on the guitar I played had a distinctly different feel than any of my older guitars. I've played '96-'04 guitars.

A new VLX91 will feel a little stiff until it's broken in.

Well this one felt real loose by comparison to my old stuff. Not quite as distinct of a detent. To be fair, I didn't pick up a variety of guitars and check them out.

Those guitars are beauties. I love that colour you are getting as well.

Thanks for the camaraderie during my time of misery...

I never thought I'd buy an orange guitar, but something about it spoke to me. I'll definitely post pics when I get it...

Re: The terrible wait for RG3550 NGD begins...

I got my 3550MZ ROM from Rich a while back with Platinum Setup...it was absolutley worth the little wait! Awsome setup, great service and always replies to emails

If you want to spend you hard worked money some place...do it at Ibanezrules...you can't and won't be disapointed! I know where I am getting my next Ibby...
