Waiting for my 540R

Bought an older 540r off e**y. Really thought I would have it in my
hands by now. It's been over a week now seller shipped USPS and
there tracking info stinks.
Really jonesing for this guitar, any happy 540R owners out there to
let me know it's worth the wait.

Re: Waiting for my 540R

Yeah first one. I've owned many other guitars but never an Ibanez.
Figured it was time. Got an older one because I can remember wanting
one as a younger man and not having the cash. Also the 80's were a great time for this type of guitars. Lot of underrated ones out there.

I would just tell you what it means, but there are some pretty funny interpretations on here http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=jonesing

Re: Waiting for my 540R

I got a HSS in a metallic blue. Actually I'm still waiting for it. I think it was a
'89.

And yes I'm still jonesing!

For the guitar that is.

Re: Waiting for my 540R

I had one in the early to mid 90s. Reminded me of a modern strat with a slightly faster neck.

Wish I never sold it.
