* * * * * *I just bought a guitar on e-bay,and need some info.
I didn't think Ibanez made alder/maple 570's.Also,the pickups are direct mount.I didn't think that was done on a 570 either.One more thing,the ad says it's a 95.I forgot when Ibanez introduced the AANJ,and I'm wondering if I should expect to see one when It arrives.Any info/comment would be welcome.

check the forum classifieds, there's a similar 570 with a flame top.

The 570CT's have a 'Gravure Top', photo-flame.. Nicely done, but it's not maple..

I saw that one on there....nice guitar. I think Toshiro's right, not a real flame top, just a photo flame. BUt if it looks good, who cares, right?

I wouldn't pay attention to anything Ebay sellers have to say, they're almost always wrong about specs.

Well, normally I don't pay attention to EBay users' details either, but I believe this particular EBay user is also a Jemsite forum member.....I believe that is howiedaydmb's 570....

Trouble,You're right-I forgot about that -didn't even recognize him-DOH!!!-Sorry Howie,and Thanks again.I should clarify that no matter what I found out about the guitar,I still would've bought it anyway,whether origional or modded.
