I have/had a ton of Ibanez, but I always try to keep a few non-Ibanez models around for diversity:
Right now, I've got:
-Fender Custom Shop 60's Relic Strat
-'83 Fender Bowling Ball Strat
-EB/MM JPM
-'64 Gibson ES-330TD
-a couple of Takamine acoustics
-Washburn WD-40 acoustic
Some of the non-Ibanez models I've gone through:
-Steinberger GM7T (cherry sunburst)
-(2) Steinberger GM2T's (black & white)
-(3) Parker Fly Deluxes (green, blue & white)
-'93 Les Paul Std. Birdseye
-'94 Les Paul Custom
-'61 Les Paul (SG Bodystyle)
-'97 ES-335 Flamed Maple (natural)
-'64 Melody Maker
-a bunch of assorted PRS' (6 total)
-about 2 dozen different Strats & Teles
-a couple of 60's Dano's
-Jerry Jones Coral Sitar
-a bunch of assorted acoustics (Gibson, Martin, Lowden, Guild)
-(3) EB/MM EVHs (all purple, one hardtail)
-(3) different EB/MM Axis (purple, blue, red)
-Gretsch Brian Setzer model
-Gretsch 6120TM Tiger Maple
-At least 2 dozen others that I can't think of right now, due to a turkey hangover.
I like having some variety-it's nice having access to different tones, feels, etc.
