What's this grains of dirt on my RG655?

Just bought it about 2 weeks ago, and I noticed these grain of dirt showing up. I'm thinking its dirt or dead skin that got into the wood grain? How do I remove them?

Apparently I can't post links because of my post count..

yes, toothbrush but sure no water. The fretborad's happen to have these deep grains so when you play you leave those smallest pieces of your skin inside them.

All my guitars have rosewood fingerboards and you can use water because iīve already try it.

That's your guitar sucking away your soul. Keep playing and it'll start talking to you.

Hey guys I tried rubbing it off with a toothbrush.. The dirt doesn't want to come off though. I even tried putting lemon oil on a cloth and rubbing it, doesn't work too..

I doubt so.. I'm sure it's dead skin/dirt stuck in the wood grain, because when looking from another angle I cannot see the dirt, and can make out the rough shape of the wood grain.

But if it indeed is glue, how do I remove it?

Re: What's this grains of dirt on my RG655?

Try to get it off with a toothpick and a tiny amount of alcohol or acetone. Put lemon oil in the end because both dries out the rosewood.

Re: What's this grains of dirt on my RG655?

get your toothbrush and cut its bristle diagonally. Then try to clean the fretboard with its short side - the shorter the bristle the harder it is but it's still thin and cleans the grain very well
