WINTER NAMM 2015
OK, so it's only the fall of 2014 and Halloween, but what do you all expect for the coming new year?
Since I like Ibanez hollowbodies, we have seen the lower priced 2014 Bensons and Scofields to join the already in place lower priced Methenys.
I would like to see the Artcore ASR70 in different colors as well as some more MAPLE fingerboard regular series RGs, S models, and Roadcores. The ASR is like the legendary Epiphone Casino but with the better quality for price point.
Though it may not happen, I would like to see more higher end RG and S models with fixed bridge and non-locking Fender style trem against metal shredder type. The Timmons is a good example of a quality guitar that does not have the double locking standard. I don't know that a non-double locking or fixed bridge are in high demand in the Ibanez solidbody superstrat market.
