Angry Wiring help with RG

I'm having a hell of a time wiring an RG. I have an old pup from and rg560 with 3 leads (red, white, ground) and in inf3 in the neck with 5 leads (red, white, blue, black, and ground). I am using a 3-way switch with 8 lugs. What goes where? I've tried this a million ways... Grrrrrrr!

Re: Wiring help with RG

Do you want the switch to select the pickups as follows?

1 - Neck pickup humbucking
2 - Neck and Bridge humbucking in parallel
3 - Bridge humbucking

This should work, ignore that it's a five way switch in the picture. Internally there is no difference. Actually, if you get the switch to stay in what would be the 2 and 4 position, you would get that signal. That's actually how the 5-way switch was born.
Match the colors as follows:
Picture vs Your pickups
Red - Blue
Black - White
Green - Black
White - Red

If someone can double check this for me, that'd be great.

Re: Wiring help with RG

Dude, read his original post again. He has 2 pickups and an 8 lug 3 way switch. And one of the pickups has 4 conductors.

Oh shoot my bad man lol. I just remembered my struggles wiring were always the 3 wired humbuckers, because I always thought the white wire was a ground and I spent HOURS fiddling with it. lol I didnt even see the second humbucker had 3 wires on your diagram either lol... Imma go sit in the corner for 5 minutes

So, I guess not even a thank you from op. With 6 posts in 3 years, we probably shouldn't expect one.
