Been throught this already . . . do a forum search, it's on Jemsite, and it's on Ibanez' site as well, but here you go, short version;
Original Wizard, 17 mm at the nut, 20 mm at the 12th fret. 400 mm radius.
One piece maple.
Wizard II, 19 mm at the nut, 21 mm at the 12th fret. 430 mm radius.
One piece maple.
Super Wizard, 17 mm at the nut, 20 mm at the 12th fret. 400 mm radius
Three piece, maple/bubinga/maple.
As mentioned by sniperfrommars1, remember that it's made of WOOD.
Wood is alive, it's shrinks, it expands, it wears away with use . . . so no two necks will be identical.
Look at Steve Vai's main guitar, he's broken the neck on it (and others) a few times and they don't just grab another Jem neck and bolt it on there, they try several and use the one he likes best. If the necks could be made identical they wouldn't have to try different necks . . . you also would never have to try different guitars of the same model at your local store to find one with that "sweet" neck, would you? They would all be identical . . .
If you want a neck that's exactly the same from guitar to guitar, I suggest you try those graphite necks, but most people I've talked to that have tried them really don't like them.
