I have posibly quite a dumb question but i couldnt find it archieved so i thought i'd ask anyway...
I have an '99 RG7620, which i got set up at a very reputable store about two weeks ago- great. However the intonation is (already!!???) half a semi-tone out over the scale of the string and when fretting some notes, they don't decay properly the best way i can describe it is shatter as if theres a nasty disonant overtone (like when tuning up only without a reference pitch for it to be off-pitch to).
I guess my question is- is that due to the intonation being slightly off? and if so where could I be trained in the uk to set it up myself (I love your FAQS but im not too good with the ol' tools and am far t0o scared of neck warpage) because £50 (about $80) every 2 weeks is a little much for my sanity.
