Hi I've been looking around for info about my 7-string Jackson which a friend happened to conveniently bump off its stand a few weeks ago.
The head is split straight through the thickness of the head but hasn't sheared through the remaing grain ... yet. Was hoping to find advice for a glue or bracing technique perhaps, it's rattling like crap atm and I've had to remove the 7th just to be sure I don't damage it anymore.
The crack starts from the neck side just behind the 7th peg almost all the way through, I'm hesitant to separate it again incase of further damage but it is possible to do a small amount to inject a sealant or whatever to bond it together... any suggestions??
